Location: Homeplace Fields Flower Farm
Join fellow artists for a relaxed and inspiring artist field trip to the beautiful Homeplace Fields Flower Farm. Participants will meet at the farm at 10:00 AM for a brief welcome and introduction with farm owner Lynn Windmeyer, followed by open time to explore the grounds and make art at your own pace.
This is a self-guided experience—no formal instruction—perfect for sketching, painting, photographing, journaling, or simply soaking in the creative atmosphere of the farm. Spend the day working independently, connecting with other artists, and enjoying the landscape in full bloom.
Helpful Tips:
Pack light with your art supplies
Bring a camp chair or portable seating
Dress for the weather
Bring your own sack lunch and stay hydrated
Bring cash if you’d like to purchase a bouquet of fresh flowers grown right on the farm

If you would like to participate in a structured, instructor-led experience, please follow the link to Jill Tichenor’s Pastel Workshop, on the AKMA website, this will be taking place the same day at the farm.
Pop by our Mini Spring Open House , you just might find the perfect Mother’s Day gift ! We will have our Dahlia Surprise Tuber Bags, as well as cards/gifts from Laurel Gate, Watch Me Bloom, and Saratoga Soap Company in addition to some new Homeplace Fields merch and a Mini Flower Bar as well. We’ve also added a small curated collection of gifts with encouraging scriptures.
We will be at Nesting Goods this year for their Annual Garden Party! We will have our Build Your Own Bouquet set up in their vendor space (formally Alchemy Tea) next door. Come make a bouquet with us! All flowers will be priced per stem.

We will have wrapped and ready bouquets available at Nesting Goods on Valentine’s Day! We have selected beautiful blooms from other American farms and will arrange them in our unique style.
You're invited to our Holiday Open House inside the milk barn at Homeplace Fields. One day only we will have the barn open for holiday shopping. Complimentary warm beverages, beautiful dried creations, & holiday gifts available. Come anytime between 10 and 6!
